What it does

This zigbee smart hub keeps your ZigBee 3.0 sensors and switches linked to your Wi-Fi router, so you can check home from the Tuya app while you are out. You stop guessing about an empty house or driving back to check a light. It runs on Micro USB DC 5V and passes messages between your devices and the app. It ships direct from China, which is why it costs less than branded hubs.

This hub is a smart home bridge between your ZigBee 3.0 devices and your Wi-Fi router. It also speaks BLE and SigMesh, so more than one wireless type can sit behind a single hub. Paired devices report to the Tuya or Smart Life app, and you control them from the app at home or away. The hub reaches your network over 2.4G Wi-Fi.

It arrives assembled and ready to go. Power it from any Micro USB DC 5V source that supplies 1A, such as a USB charger or a USB port on your router. There is no battery inside, and no adaptor comes in the box. Once it is powered, control your paired devices in the Tuya or Smart Life app. The working temperature is -10 °C to 55 °C.

It suits a home where the sensors and switches already use ZigBee 3.0, BLE or SigMesh and where you want one place to reach them. It does not suit a home without 2.4G Wi-Fi, and it will not pair with devices that use a different wireless standard. Check the wireless standard on the devices you own before you order.

Will it work with the ZigBee devices I already own?

Yes, for devices that use ZigBee 3.0. As a zigbee gateway it also speaks BLE and SigMesh, and it links those devices to your network over 2.4G Wi-Fi. Check that each device uses ZigBee 3.0, BLE or SigMesh before you buy.

Does it work with Alexa and Google Home?

Yes. It is made for Tuya and works with Alexa and Google Home, so you can run devices paired to the hub with your voice as well as from the Tuya or Smart Life app.

What does the hub need to run?

A 2.4G Wi-Fi network and a Micro USB power source at DC 5V with 1A. There is no battery inside and no adaptor in the box, so plan on a USB charger or port you already own.

Can I put it in a cold or warm room?

Yes. Its working temperature is -10 °C to 55 °C, so a cold entryway or a warm utility room is inside its range. Keep it on Micro USB DC 5V power wherever you place it.

Why does it ship from China?

We buy from established suppliers in China, and they ship your order straight to you. No local warehouse is why the price is lower. The trade-off is time, so you see the estimated arrival before you pay.

Will I pay anything when it arrives?

Possibly. Import duties and taxes for United States aren't prepaid yet, so the courier may collect them on delivery. Nothing is added to our price at checkout.
