Product safety
Every device we list must be safe to use and legally sold in the market it's offered in. This page explains how we check that and how to reach us about safety.
What we check
Before a product goes on sale, we check the certification marks the manufacturer documents for it, such as CE and UKCA, and the safety and instruction information supplied with it. Each product page lists only the marks we can document. Products that can't meet the rules of a market are not offered there.
Each product page and the product's packaging or documents identify the manufacturer, the product type and batch or model, and safety warnings in your language where the law requires it.
Responsible persons

Reporting a safety problem and recalls
If a device you bought from us overheats, sparks, smells of burning or seems unsafe in any way, stop using it and unplug it, then write to help@viversio.com with your order number and, if you can, a photo. We answer every safety report, inform the manufacturer and the authorities where required, and refund or replace the item.
If a product we sold is recalled or found to be unsafe, we contact every affected customer directly using the details from their order, and we publish the notice here.
