Returns and refunds

Faulty, damaged, wrong or not as described? Tell us within 30 days of delivery and we refund you in full. We pay for any return. Start from your order page or email us.

Changed your mind? In the EU, EEA, UK, Switzerland, Kuwait, Qatar and Oman you can cancel within 14 days of delivery for any reason. That's your right of withdrawal. You pay the cost of sending the item back; we refund the price and the original shipping.

Refunds go back to the card or wallet you paid with, usually within 5 to 10 days of being issued, depending on your bank. We never replace a refund with store credit.

Outside the EU, the EEA, the UK, Switzerland, Kuwait, Qatar and Oman we don't take items back for a change of mind. Your legal rights for faulty goods always apply, wherever you live.
