Terms of Use and Sale
These terms are the agreement between you and Ravinaro LLC, doing business as Viversio ("Viversio", "we", "us"). Part A applies to everyone who uses this website. Part B also applies when you buy something. Please read them: when you tick the box at checkout and pay, you accept them, and they form the contract for your order.

1. Your rights by law come first
Nothing in these terms takes away or limits any right you have by law that cannot be excluded by agreement. If you are a consumer, that includes the consumer protection law of the country where you live. Where a sentence in these terms would do that, it does not apply to you to that extent, and the rest still applies.
In particular, if you live in the European Union, the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, you keep the 14-day right of withdrawal (see Right of withdrawal), the legal guarantee that goods conform to the contract, and the right to bring a claim in the courts of your home country.
2. Who we are
Viversio is a brand of Ravinaro LLC, a limited liability company formed in Wyoming, United States (Wyoming Secretary of State ID 2025-001814466), with its registered address at 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States. You can reach us at help@viversio.com. More details are in the Imprint.
3. Part A. Using this website
By using this website you agree to Part A. If you don't agree, please don't use the site. Using the site never makes you agree to anything about your personal data: how we use it is explained in the Privacy policy, and any choice about cookies is made separately (see Cookie settings).
4. Acceptable use
You may use this site to browse, buy for yourself or as a gift, and manage your orders. You agree not to:
- break the law, or use the site to commit or help fraud, including with payment methods or identities that aren't yours;
- scrape, copy or extract the site or its catalogue in bulk, or use bots, crawlers or automated tools to place orders or read prices, except search engines that follow our robots.txt;
- interfere with the site's security or operation, probe for weaknesses, overload it, or get around any limit or access control;
- reverse engineer the site, or upload anything harmful, such as malware;
- post or send anything unlawful, misleading, abusive or that infringes someone else's rights, including fake reviews;
- buy products to resell them commercially, unless we have agreed to it in writing.
If we reasonably believe you have broken these rules, we may block your access, close your account or refuse an order. If an order is refused or cancelled for this reason before it ships, you get a full refund.
5. Intellectual property
The site, its design, text, photos, videos, the Viversio name and logo, and the way the catalogue is put together belong to us or to those who licensed them to us. You may view and print pages for your own personal use. Any other copying, reuse or commercial use needs our written permission.
Other brand names on this site (for example the apps and voice assistants a device works with) belong to their owners. Naming them only describes compatibility; it doesn't mean they endorse us or that we are connected to them.
6. Information on the site, and links
We work hard to keep product details, prices and delivery dates accurate, and we fix mistakes as soon as we find them. Product photos may be our own photography or computer-generated images that show what the product looks like; colours and sizes may vary slightly from what your screen shows. Specifications come from the manufacturer.
Guides and articles are general information, not professional advice. Links to other websites are for convenience; we don't control those sites and aren't responsible for them.
7. Part B. Buying from us
Part B applies to every purchase. We sell to consumers buying for personal use. You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, and able to enter into a binding contract.
8. How the contract is made
Products on the site are an invitation to order, not a binding offer. When you pay, you make an offer to buy. The contract is made when the payment succeeds and we show the order confirmation page and send you the confirmation email. The terms that apply are the version you accepted at checkout; we keep a record of which version that was and when you accepted it.
The contract can be made in any language this site is available in. The text of these terms is always available here; your order details are in your confirmation email and in your account, if you have one.
9. Prices, taxes and duties
Prices are shown in your currency and include tracked shipping. The price on the product page is the price you are charged at checkout, plus any tax the checkout shows before you pay.
Where the product page and checkout say taxes and import duties are included, there is nothing more to pay at your door. Everywhere else, import duties, taxes or customs handling fees may be charged by your country and collected by the courier on delivery. They are set by your country, not by us, and they are your responsibility.
Where a price is marked with ≈, it is an estimate converted at a daily rate; the exact amount in your currency is shown at checkout before you pay. Your bank may add its own fees if your card is in a different currency.
10. Mistakes in prices or product details
If a price or a key product detail on the site is obviously wrong (for example a price far below the real price because of a typing or system error) and you could reasonably have noticed, we may cancel the order, even after it is confirmed. We tell you as soon as we find the mistake and refund everything you paid. If the mistake isn't obvious, we honour the price.
11. Payment and fraud checks
Payments are processed by Stripe. We don't see or store your full card number. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout.
To protect you and us, payments and orders are screened for fraud, including automatically. We may cancel an order, with a full refund, if the payment is declined or reversed, or if we reasonably believe it is fraudulent or unauthorised. You can ask a person to review any decision like that by writing to help@viversio.com.
12. Delivery
Every order ships from China, which is why it costs less, and is tracked from day one. Before you pay, the product page and checkout show an estimated arrival for the country you ship to. It is an estimate based on recent deliveries, not a guaranteed date. We only ship to the country of the market you shop in.
Please give a complete and correct delivery address and phone number; the courier needs them. Risk in the goods passes to you when they are delivered to you or to someone you name.
We may cancel an order before it ships, with a full refund, if the product becomes unavailable or can no longer be shipped to you. We tell you straight away.
If a parcel is lost and never reaches you, we refund you in full. You also keep every right the law gives you if goods are not delivered.
13. Faulty or not as described: 30-day refund
If an item is faulty, damaged or not as described, tell us within 30 days of delivery and we refund you in full, including shipping. It never costs you anything: if we need the item back, we pay for the return. We may ask for a photo or short video so we can report the fault to the manufacturer. See Returns and refunds.
Refunds always go back to the card or wallet you paid with, usually within 5 to 10 days of being issued, depending on your bank. We never replace a refund with store credit or a gift card.
14. Your legal guarantee
After the 30 days, your legal rights for faulty goods still apply in full. In the EU, that means at least two years from delivery for a lack of conformity, and in the UK your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Where the law gives you these rights against the seller, you have them against us, and we deal with the manufacturer. For devices with apps or software, this includes updates you can reasonably expect, to the extent the law requires.
15. Right of withdrawal (EU, EEA, UK, Switzerland, Kuwait, Qatar, Oman)
If you live in the EU, the EEA, the UK, Switzerland, Kuwait, Qatar or Oman, you can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. If you do, you pay the direct cost of sending the goods back. This legal right is separate from our 30-day refund for faulty items, where we pay for the return. How it works, and the form you can use, are on the Right of withdrawal page.
16. Gift cards
A gift card is sold in one currency and can be spent at checkout in that same currency, across one or more orders. It doesn't expire, and there are no fees of any kind: no activation, dormancy or service fees. If you change your mind, an unused card can be refunded in full within 14 days of purchase. It can't otherwise be exchanged for cash, except where the law requires it (for example, in some US states a small remaining balance can be paid out on request). Treat the code like cash: anyone who has it can spend it, so keep it private.
If the purchase of a gift card is refunded or disputed with the card issuer, the card is frozen and can't be spent. If you live in the EU, the EEA, the UK, Switzerland, Kuwait, Qatar or Oman, you can withdraw from buying a gift card within 14 days, as long as it hasn't been used.
17. Using smart-home devices safely and lawfully
Follow the manufacturer's instructions and safety warnings. Devices that connect to mains power or wiring, such as some switches, locks and doorbells, should be installed by a qualified electrician where the instructions or your local rules require it.
You are responsible for using cameras, doorbells and microphones lawfully. Many countries limit recording people outside your own property or without telling them. Check the rules where you live.
Many devices use the manufacturer's app and cloud service. Those are provided by the manufacturer under its own terms and privacy policy, not by us. This doesn't reduce your legal guarantee rights against us described above.
18. Chargebacks
If there's a problem with an order, please contact us first: almost every problem is solved faster, and with a full refund, that way. If you open a chargeback or payment dispute, we pause the order until it is resolved. If the order was delivered as described or is covered by a refund we have already made, we will respond to the dispute with the evidence we hold, such as the order record, your acceptance of these terms, and tracking. This doesn't limit any right you have with your bank or card issuer.
19. Our liability
We are fully liable, without any limit, for: death or personal injury caused by our negligence; fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence; liability under product liability laws; and anything else where the law doesn't allow liability to be limited.
Otherwise, and as far as the law allows: we are not liable for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was made, or for indirect or consequential loss, such as loss of profit, business, revenue, goodwill or data; and our total liability for an order is limited to the total amount you paid for that order.
If you are a consumer in the EU, the EEA, the UK or Switzerland: where we breach an essential obligation of the contract through slight negligence (an obligation that makes the contract possible and that you are entitled to rely on), our liability is limited to the damage typical for this kind of contract that was foreseeable when it was made. None of this limits your legal guarantee rights or your right of withdrawal.
As far as the law allows, the site is provided "as is", and apart from the promises in these terms and your rights by law, we give no other warranties, for example that the site will always be available or free of errors.
20. Your responsibility to us
If you break the acceptable-use rules in section 4 or misuse the site (for example through fraud, scraping or a security attack), you agree to cover the reasonable losses and costs, including legal costs, that this causes us. If you are a consumer, this applies only to losses you caused by your own fault and only as far as the law where you live allows.
21. Events beyond our control
We are not responsible for a delay or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, epidemics, war, strikes, government action, customs or postal disruption, or failures of networks or payment systems. We tell you as soon as we can, and if your order is affected you can cancel it for a full refund. This never affects your right to a refund for goods you don't receive.
22. Complaints and disputes
Please write to help@viversio.com first. We answer every message and try to resolve complaints within 14 days. We are not obliged to take part, and do not take part, in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board. If you live in the EU, you can still use the dispute resolution services available in your country.
If you don't live in the EU, the EEA, the UK or Switzerland, claims must be brought individually, not as a plaintiff or class member in a class or representative action, to the extent the law where you live allows.
23. Governing law and courts
These terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or your order, including non-contractual disputes, are governed by the laws of the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC), Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The courts of the DIFC (including the DIFC Courts Small Claims Tribunal for smaller claims) have jurisdiction.
This is without prejudice to the mandatory rights you have under the law of your country of residence. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law of the country where you live, and you may bring a claim in the courts of that country. If you live in the EU, the EEA, the UK or Switzerland, we can only bring a claim against you in the courts of the country where you live.
24. General terms
Changes. We may update these terms for future orders and for use of the site after the change, for example when the law or our services change. The version that applies to an order is the one you accepted at checkout. Each version is dated at the top of this page.
Entire agreement. These terms, the product page and checkout information for your order, and your order confirmation are the whole agreement between us about your order. This doesn't exclude any statement or information that the law treats as part of the contract.
No reliance. When you order, you are not relying on any statement or promise that isn't in the documents above, except where the law says otherwise. Nothing here limits liability for fraud.
Severability. If a court finds any part of these terms invalid or unenforceable, the rest stays in force, and the invalid part applies to the extent it can.
Transfer. We may transfer our rights and obligations under these terms to another company, for example if the business is sold, as long as this doesn't reduce your rights. You may transfer your rights only with our written agreement, except for gift cards and goods you give as a gift.
No waiver. If we don't enforce a right straight away, we can still enforce it later.
Language. If a translation of these terms differs from the English version, the English version applies, unless the law of your country requires the version in your language to apply.
Third parties. No one other than you and us has any right to enforce these terms.
