Gift cards

How it works

1. Pick an amount and who it's for.
2. Add their name, a short message and the day it should arrive.
3. Pay securely through Stripe. The card goes out by email with a 16-character code on the day you chose, and you get a receipt.
4. They enter the code at checkout. Whatever they don't spend stays on the card for next time.

Amounts by country

A card is sold in the currency of the country you shop from and is spent in that same currency.

How to spend it

1. Add what you'd like to your cart.
2. At checkout, enter the code in the gift card field.
3. The card pays what it can. Pay any difference by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay.

Good to know

• No expiry, no fees. The card doesn't expire, and there are no activation, dormancy or service fees, wherever you live.
• Changed your mind? An unused card can be refunded in full within 14 days of purchase. Email help@viversio.com with your order number.
• One currency. It's spent in the currency it was bought in, across as many orders as it takes.
• Not cash. It can't be exchanged for cash, except where the law requires it. For example, some US states let you cash out a small remaining balance; email us and we'll pay it out.
• Never instead of a refund. If something goes wrong with an order, you get your money back, not a gift card.
• Keep the code safe. Anyone who has it can spend it. Lost the email? Write to help@viversio.com and we'll cancel the old code and send a new one to the recipient's address.
