Right of withdrawal
If you live in the EU, the EEA, the UK, Switzerland, Kuwait, Qatar or Oman, you can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days, for any reason. This is your right, not a favour from us. If you withdraw, you pay the cost of sending the goods back. It is separate from our 30-day refund for faulty items, where we pay for the return.
Withdrawal notice
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period ends 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party you name other than the carrier, take physical possession of the goods. If you order several items that are delivered separately, it ends 14 days after you receive the last one. For a gift card, it ends 14 days after the day of purchase.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Ravinaro LLC, doing business as Viversio, 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States, help@viversio.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by a clear statement, for example an email. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but you don't have to.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is enough for you to send your notice before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except any extra costs from choosing a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery we offer), without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision. We use the same means of payment you used, unless you expressly agree otherwise; you will not be charged any fees for the reimbursement.
We may withhold the reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied proof of having sent them back, whichever is earlier.
You must send back the goods to us, at the return address we email you when you tell us you are withdrawing, without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day you tell us. The deadline is met if you send the goods back before the 14 days have expired.
You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. Because orders ship from China, we give you a return address in or near your region where we can; the cost depends on the size of the parcel and the postal service you choose, and is normally that of a standard tracked parcel in your country.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning, the way you could in a shop.

Good to know
If an item is faulty or not as described, you don't need to use the withdrawal right: tell us within 30 days of delivery and we refund you in full, and if we need it back we pay for the return. See Returns and refunds. You can also tell us from your order page.
