Devices that fail within 30 days are refunded in full. After that, your legal guarantee in your country applies, and we help you claim it.

Changed your mind? In the EU, EEA, UK, Switzerland, Kuwait, Qatar and Oman you can cancel within 14 days of delivery for any reason. That's your right of withdrawal. You pay the cost of sending the item back; we refund the price and the original shipping.
