Solar wall light with motion sensor, 17 × 11 × 6 cm

What it does

A solar wall light on the porch gives you warm light the moment someone steps toward the door. No more fumbling for keys in the dark or running a cable out to a plug. The house-shaped lamp screws flat to a wall, charges from a panel on its sloped top, and lights up when the sensor sees a person. It ships direct from China with no brand markup, so you pay for the light, not a name on the box.

This solar outdoor wall light is a house-shaped unit that screws flat to a vertical wall outside and lights up when it senses someone moving. A small solar panel on the sloped top charges a built-in rechargeable lithium battery during the day, and a filament-style bulb sits in the glass lantern below. As a solar led safety light it makes a porch, deck, barn or garage entrance easier to walk up to after dark.

Set-up is two screws. The back plate rests against the wall and the two screw holes at the top sit 5.5 cm apart. There is no cable to run, no plug to find and no mains wiring. Once it is mounted it charges in daylight and lights at night when the PIR sensor detects movement. The three working modes are motion on with no dim light, motion plus dim light, and light-control always on.

It suits a wall that gets sunlight during the day and a person who wants outdoor light without an electrician or a switch. It does not suit a shaded wall, and it is made to be mounted rather than to stand on the ground or hang from a hook. There is no phone app and no pairing step, so nothing to install on your phone either.

Ships from China with tracking. The estimated arrival range for your country is shown next to the price.
