It is worn on the wrist. The case is held by a milanese mesh metal strap, and a folded metal clasp with a sliding adjustment closes it at the size you want. A spare silicone strap in a matching color comes with it for days when you want a softer band. You read the face by touch: time, step count and heart rate sit together, and the alarm, chronograph, world time and the permanent calendar with week and month live on the same screen. The two straps are alternatives, so wear one at a time.

Nice, screen with good resolution, let's see how long the battery lasts. The metal bracelet makes it a bit uncomfortable due to the weight, but standard bracelets look good with the watch. I hope it was a good purchase.
