What it does

A wireless outdoor security camera that tells you a person is walking up your driveway before they reach the door. It detects humans, cars and pets, works in the custom monitor areas you set, and triggers its siren or spotlight when something enters them. It ships direct from China with no brand markup, so you pay for the camera instead of the name on it.

This battery camera records 24/7 on a 4MP sensor and uses AI to tell a person from a car or a pet. You set the areas you care about in the app, like the driveway, the front path or the side gate, and it alerts you when something enters them. On detection it can sound the siren and turn on the spotlight. Color vision means you get color footage when there is light to work with, and 10X digital zoom lets you look closer at the frame.

Set-up is one bracket and one app. Screw the round bracket base to an exterior wall such as siding, stucco or a garage wall, angle the lens over the driveway or yard, and connect the camera to your home network over 2.4G/5G WiFi. The solar panel is part of the camera body, on its top face, and it charges the built-in 5000mAh battery, so no power cable runs outside. Mount the camera high on the wall with the panel facing the sky.

It suits a driveway, yard or garage where you want to know who came up to the house and running a cable would be a whole job. This outdoor wifi security camera is not for anyone who wants a camera wired to mains power or PoE, because it is designed to run on its battery and solar panel.   2. For the most I'm very satisified with these camera's. All camera's were easy to mount on both brick and siding after drilling holes, using the screw Anchors. Both night vision, and daytime quality are acceptable for the camera quality. Solar charging works perfect, as by the third day of sun, the batteries have stayed at full capacity in the sunlight. The only disappointment, is that there is no rtsp or onvif support, so you are locked into the eseecloud app to view video or image content stored on SD card.

  4. A very impressive unit..I like that the solar charging panel is completely integrated..No need for wires, just 4 screws to position it and it's ready to use. The SD card memory is great for play back however the app is constantly pushing you to upgrade to cloud storage, which is annoying. picture quality is better than most.
