Temperature humidity sensor, Wi-Fi or Zigbee, works with Alexa
Alexa · Google Home · Tuya / Smart Life

Get a phone alert the moment a door or window opens, so you know what is happening at home when you are not there.
4.8 from 71 buyer ratingsWorks with Alexa, Google Home, Tuya / Smart Life
You are at work when your phone buzzes: this wifi door sensor caught the back door opening, and the alert reads "Open Door Alert: Door Is Open." No more guessing whether the door shut after the kids left for school. The two pieces split apart when the door opens, and the app reports it to your phone. It ships direct from China, so it costs less than branded sensors in local shops.
This door open close sensor is two white pieces: a sensor body about 70 mm long with a button, a blue LED and a battery compartment, and a magnet piece about 50 mm. You mount them side by side with a small gap. When the door or window opens, the pieces separate and the app sends an "Open Door Alert: Door Is Open" to your phone.
You install 2 AAA batteries in the sensor body and pair it with the Tuya or Smart Life app on a 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network. The back plate has two screw-style holes for mounting. It works as a wifi window sensor too, on a window where the two pieces separate when it opens.
It suits anyone who wants to know when a door or window opens while they are out, and who already uses the Tuya or Smart Life app. It does not suit a home with 5 GHz Wi-Fi only, since the sensor connects on 2.4 GHz. Two AAA batteries are required and are not included.

It's not the first door detector I've used, but I quite like this one; it seems very compact, although it's a bit wider than the others I have. The setup was very quick.
Very easy to link to the app. It doesn't always respond, but it's okay. It doesn't come with batteries.
Excellent cost-performance ratio.
100% recommendable
works pretty well, I wouldn't recommend using SmartLife for it as ithe interface kinda sucks but the product is good and easy enough to install. you may need to glue the smaller part though, if it's on a rounded or uneven space
It arrived earlier than expected, I have only tested one of the 6, and it works correctly. There is a slight delay in the notification, but I expected it since I have others installed, but it's not important to me.

Plain rules, no small print.
Yes, if your router has the 2.4 GHz band turned on. The sensor connects on 2.4 GHz only and does not support 5 GHz, so a 5 GHz-only network will not reach it.
Yes. Mount the two pieces so they separate when the window opens and you have a wifi window sensor: the app reports the opening the same way it does for a door.
No. It connects over 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi to the Tuya or Smart Life app, and it runs on 2 × AAA batteries. Nothing runs from a hub or a wall outlet.
No. You install 2 AAA batteries in the sensor body yourself; the battery compartment sits on the sensor body beside the button and the blue LED.
In most cases, yes. The sensor body is about 70 mm long and the magnet piece about 50 mm, and the two sit side by side with a small gap, one on the door leaf and one on the frame.
We buy from established suppliers in China, and they ship your order straight to you. No local warehouse is why the price is lower. The trade-off is time, so you see the estimated arrival before you pay.
Possibly. Import duties and taxes for United States aren't prepaid yet, so the courier may collect them on delivery. Nothing is added to our price at checkout.
