What it does
This magnetic cable organizer keeps your charging cable at the edge of the desk, with the plug end standing up where your hand expects it. You stop crouching to fish the lead off the floor. Each clip is a small black round cylinder stuck by its flat back to the edge or side of a wooden desk or table. The cable runs through the hole in its side and hangs down behind the desk.
It holds the cables you use at a desk, so the plug end is waiting at the edge instead of lying on the floor. The clip is a two-part hinged cylinder with a hole through its side. A cable runs through that hole, the plug sits upright above the clip and the rest hangs down. Each magnetic cable holder is a small black round piece that stays out of the way on the edge of a desk.
Set-up takes one clip and one cable. Stick the flat back of the clip to the edge or side of a wooden desk or table. Open the hinged top, lay the cable in the hole and let the magnet close it. Turn the front disc to set the angle of the cable and how tightly the clip holds it. There is no app and nothing to plug in.
It suits anyone whose charging cables slide off a desk or tangle in a heap behind it. It does not suit someone who wants charging without a charger: the clips are holders, not wireless chargers or power sources. Each clip needs a flat surface to stick to, and one clip takes one cable. Keep the clips out of a child's reach.

Great, well-made, rotates well, self-adhesive sticker sticks well. The only detail would be to use a slightly stronger magnet to prevent it from opening with stronger movements and the wire from detaching.
I think it's a necessary purchase for anyone who is as fussy as I am and gets annoyed by stepping on the charging pins when walking through their room. The product is very good in terms of its quality.
It's easy to use, but when you turn it with the lid open, it seems like a strange force can sometimes be applied to the lid and cause it to break (one of them was damaged as a result). I think it would have been better if the hinge parts of the lid and base were a bit sturdier, so I deducted one star.
They fit well with standard Type-C cables and are attached with the included stickers.

Do the clips need an app, a hub or power?
No. The clips are mechanical holders with a magnetic hinged top. There is no app, no hub and nothing to plug in, and they do not connect to a phone or a smart home system.
Will it charge my phone?
No. Each clip holds a cable that is already connected to something else. The clips are not wireless chargers and they do not provide power.
Can I use it as an under desk cable organizer?
Yes. Stuck by its flat back to the side of a wooden desk or table, it works as an under desk cable organizer: the cable runs through the hole and the rest hangs down, so the lead is not in the way under your feet.
How many cables does one set hold?
One set contains 6 pieces and each magnetic cord holder takes one cable. Six clips cover the cables you use at a single desk.
Where does each clip stick?
On the edge or side of a wooden desk or table. The flat back needs a flat surface to sit against, so a clip with no surface to stick to has nothing to hold onto.
