What it does
This digital notebook pen turns the notes you write on paper into digital files you can keep and export. You are at the table with a shopping list or a meeting plan, and you do not type it up later. You write it in the PU notebook, and the strokes are captured as you go. The ink erases, so the same page is ready for tomorrow. And the set stores notes offline, so you can write with no connection.
You write on real paper with the smartpen, and your handwriting is captured as you go. Notes can be stored offline. Transcription turns handwriting into text in 73 languages, and you can export your notes into various formats. You can also record voices and play back the track of your handwriting movements, then classify and organize your notes so each subject has its own place.
This smart pen notebook is a stitched PU book, 179 × 233 × 28 mm, with a tab clasp. Its paper refills are 141 × 210 mm. The pen measures 165 × 11.3 mm with the cap on and 168 × 11.3 mm with the cap off, and it takes a 111 × 3.4 mm refill. To use it, write on the notebook's paper with the smartpen and the strokes are captured.
It suits someone who writes by hand and wants those notes as digital files later. It does not suit anyone who wants to write on a screen, and the ink erases, so export or transcribe a note you want to keep. The pen and its refills are small parts. Keep them out of reach of small children.
Ships from China with tracking. The estimated arrival range for your country is shown next to the price.
- Keep a digital copy of every page you writeThe intelligent, precise writing system captures your strokes as you write on the notebook's paper. What you put down in ink is also held as digital notes, so you find it later without copying the page out by hand.
- Wipe the page and use it againThe ink in this reusable smart notebook is erasable, so one wipe clears the page and you write on it again. The book takes 141 × 210 mm paper refills, and the stitched PU cover is 179 × 233 × 28 mm with a tab clasp that keeps it shut in a bag.
- Turn handwriting into text in 73 languagesTranscription accepts 73 languages, so smart pen handwriting to text covers notes written in more than one. You can export your notes into various formats to move them into the document you are already working in.
- Keep the sound and watch your writing backThe set records voices, and it plays back the track of your handwriting movements. You can keep the sound of a class or a meeting and then follow the order your words went down on the page.
- Write offline and file notes by topicThe set supports offline storage, so you write and keep notes with no live connection. You can classify and organize your notes, so a work list and a study topic each sit in their own group instead of one long page.

Delivery is very prompt, the packaging is presentable, suitable for a gift, the app downloads and installs without any problems, the pen syncs via Bluetooth, everything is clear. The pen writes smoothly on paper, is ergonomic, comfortable to hold, not too thick or heavy. The text is synchronized with the app in real time. The unclear Russian underline is easily recognized, without any complications. The writing can be erased with a damp cloth. Very satisfied with the purchase, thank you. Below are a couple of comments: In the NEWYES app, when recognizing written text, you have to switch from Chinese to Russian with each recognition. I haven't figured out yet if it's possible to set the default language to Russian somewhere. It took me a while to figure out how to insert the gel paste into the pen; the instructions don't mention this anywhere - you need to unscrew the small tip at the end of the pen (below the chamber).
Everything works perfectly. I had to tinker a bit with installing the software, or rather registering. I downloaded version 2.6.7, registered, and then updated to 4.0.6. It writes perfectly. The seller helped; if it writes poorly, change the refill, although I didn't think that such glitches could be caused by the refill. I understand that I installed the refill and won't remove it until the ink runs out.
Amazingly convenient item for work. It allows you to record not only the main points during meetings but also the history of changes plus voice comments. You won't forget or miss anything. The output is practically a ready-made electronic document. My handwriting isn't very good, but it recognizes it perfectly. Arrived within the stated timeframe. Excellently packaged in a beautiful box. Fully corresponds to the description. I recommend it to everyone.
The product arrived in a box. The set includes a notebook (130 sheets), a pen, a charger, spare refills, a cloth, and instructions. The pen writes smoothly. You can change the color and pressure level through the app (changes are visible in the app). Can be wiped off the surface with regular water. You can send the text or the entire image. There is automatic recognition in the app. It recognizes Russian 4 out of 5 times. Overall, it's a cool item.
Doesn't work, synchronizes only after turning off the pen - when I turn the pen back on, it loses 2/3 of the recordings. It records all the pen movements over the paper. The app constantly crashes with an error.
Everything is fine. It works well. It arrived quite quickly.
