The band is one piece of silicone that buckles around your wrist and tracks your sleep overnight.
This digital alarm watch is a wristband you wear day and night. It shows the time in white LED digits on the outer face, it wakes you with an adjustable, snooze-proof alarm, and it keeps a sleep tracker and a running pedometer in the same band. As a sleep tracking wristband it measures sleep through the night, and the pedometer counts your steps while you walk or run during the day.
It goes on in one step. The band is one piece of silicone: it overlaps itself, and two round studs on the outer end press into one of the evenly spaced holes on the other end. You size it by choosing the stud hole that fits your wrist, close the buckle, and read the time from the LED digits on the face. The display is in English and the band has no touch screen. Wearing it needs no cable, charging dock or other connected device, and the band is not detachable, so there is no watch head to take out.
It suits an adult who wants the clock, the alarm, sleep tracking and step counting on the wrist in one simple band, and who is happy to read the time from the band itself. It is not for anyone who wants GPS: there is no GPS in it, so it will not map a running route. It is not for anyone who wants a touch screen, or a band where the watch part comes out.

I had bought one that stopped working after 2 months; this one was intended as a gift. I ordered it before the other one stopped working, but well, while it worked very well, the downside is that one day it turned off and didn't turn back on. On the other hand, I had ordered it in blue and they sent it in pink, which is hard to swallow when I had been waiting for a month and a half; it's a shame because it's really cool.
Not same as expected. I asked for dark blue but I recived sky blu. It has good shape and light weight
