Return Eligibility & Timeframe

You may return your purchase within 30 days of receiving your order. Products marked as Final Sale are not eligible for returns under any circumstances.

Refund Options (Store Credit or Original Payment Method)

For any return shipping cost below $50, if you choose store credit, the fee is waived. If you prefer a refund back to your original payment method, that return shipping cost—based on the size, weight, and value of the item—will be deducted from your refund. Viversio Rewards members also enjoy waived return shipping fees and faster processing for eligible returns.

Product Condition & Requirements

All items must be returned in their original, unused condition, with all packaging and accessories intact. Products showing signs of wear, damage, or missing components may be refused or subject to additional fees.

Eligible Returns: Unused and undamaged smart devices can be returned for a refund or store credit within 30 days of purchase, provided you have proof of purchase and all original packaging and accessories are intact.

Non-Returnable Items: Items labeled “Final Sale.”, Any opened/used items without original packaging may be declined or assessed a restocking fee.

Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, including prepaid credit cards, or as store credit if preferred. Gift returns are eligible for store credit only.

Non-returnable Items: Final Sale items are non-returnable and cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Return Options: orders can be returned by mail. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable, except for defective items.

Restocking Fee: For high-value, oversized, or opened items, a restocking fee (up to 10%) may apply to offset handling and re-packaging costs.

Prohibited Returns: Combining multiple items into a single return package is not allowed.

Return Shipping Fee: Based on weight, size, and destination for items returned for a refund to original payment. This fee ensures large or heavy items do not incur excessive shipping costs to our business.

Combining Returns: Do not combine multiple orders in one return package unless otherwise instructed. Each returned order should have its own label.

Policy Abuse: Excessive, frequent, or “wardrobing” returns may be restricted at our discretion.

Extended Refunds: Returns beyond 30 days (if accepted) will receive store credit in line with local consumer regulations.

Data Handling: We may request personal information for verification. Refer to our Privacy Policy for how we handle data.

Initiating Returns: Start your return online to receive a QR code and Return Label via email. Follow the provided instructions to complete the process

Inspection and Processing: Once your return arrives, we inspect it within 7 business days. You will be notified if your return is accepted or declined (due to damage or missing parts).

Refund Timing: Approved refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days. Your bank or credit card provider may take additional time (up to 7 days) to post the refund.

Store Credit for Returns: Store credit via Viversio gift card is issued as soon as the return package is “in transit.”

Used or Damaged Items: If an item arrives in unsellable condition, we reserve the right to deny the return or charge your original payment method for the used portion of credit.

Gift Returns: Gift returns will be processed as store credit issued to the gift recipient. A Viversio gift card will be emailed once the return is approved.

Discretionary Returns: All returns are subject to evaluation, including assessment of the item’s condition to determine eligibility.

Policy Abuse: Excessive or unreasonable returns, or any suspected abuse of this policy, may result in refusal of future returns or transactions.

Extended Refunds: Refunds requested beyond 30 days or without proof of purchase will be issued as a Viversio gift card, in compliance with applicable local laws.
