RETURN FOR STORE CREDIT OR A REFUND

You can make a return within 30 days of receiving your order for a store credit or refund. Products marked as Final Sale cannot be returned.

Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and accessories included.

Domestic returns are subject to a $19 return shipping fee; this fee is waived if you choose store credit as your return payment option.

Eligible Returns: New, unworn, and unwashed merchandise can be returned for a refund or store credit within 30 days, provided you have proof of purchase.
Condition for Acceptance: Items must be in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact; items that do not have tags must be returned with their original packaging.
Refund Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method, including prepaid credit cards, or as store credit at your discretion; store credit will be offered for gift returns.
Non-returnable Items: Items marked as Final Sale cannot be returned.
Return Options: Online orders may be returned by mail or in person at any Viversio store location. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.
In-Store Purchases: Items bought in-store can be returned either online or at any store location. For online returns, you must have provided an email at purchase to link the transaction to your Viversio account. Items without an email link must be returned in-store.
Prohibited Returns: Combined item returns are not allowed.
Special Addresses: Return labels for APO/FPO addresses cannot be generated.
Return Shipping Fee: There is a $19 return shipping fee for mail returns, which is deducted from your refund unless you are a Viversio Rewards member or choose store credit, which waives this fee.
Avoid Shipping Fees: Return in-store to bypass shipping fees, or join Viversio Rewards for free return shipping.

Initiating Returns: Complete your return online to receive your QR code and Return Label by email.
Package Drop-off: You can drop off your package at designated shipping locations within 14 days of label creation. In-store returns do not require an online process.
Inspection and Processing: Upon receiving your return, it will be inspected, and you will be notified if it is accepted or declined. This process may take up to 7 business days from the date your return is delivered.
Refund Timing: Refunds typically appear in your bank account within 3-5 business days due to varying processing times among financial institutions.
Store Credit for Returns: If processed for store credit, a Viversio gift card will be emailed once your return is in transit, using the email from the original purchase.
Condition Discrepancies: If returned items are not in new condition, we reserve the right to void the credit or charge your original payment method for the used credit.
Gift Returns: Store credit for gift returns will be issued to the gift recipient as a Viversio gift card once the return is processed.

Discretionary Returns: All returns are subject to our assessment, including the determination of item condition.
Policy Abuse: Potential fraud or abuse of this policy, such as excessive or unreasonable returns, may lead to refusal of future transactions or returns.
Extended Refunds: Refunds beyond 30 days or without proof of purchase will be issued as a Viversio gift card, subject to local laws.
