Go2 Pro (without controller)

• Features: Compared with the Air version, the Pro adds an 8‑core high‑performance CPU, a maximum payload of around 8 kg and a top speed of 3.5 m/s.  It includes a wireless positioning module and a 4G modem, enabling ISS 2.0 side‑follow navigation and voice control.  Joint actuators deliver roughly 45 N·m torque and the Pro supports optional upgrades such as an NVIDIA Jetson high‑compute module and charging dock.

• Remote controller: not included.

 

Go2 Pro (with controller)

• Features: Same performance and sensor suite as the Pro above (8‑core CPU, wireless positioning, 4G, voice control, ISS 2.0 side‑follow, 45 N·m actuators, optional Jetson module).

• Remote controller: Handheld controller is included, allowing manual tele‑operation.

 

Go2 Air (without controller)

• Features: Entry‑level model with standard 4D LiDAR and HD wide‑angle camera.  It lacks the high‑performance CPU, 4G modem, voice recognition and wireless positioning module found in the Pro/EDU.  Payload is rated around 7 kg, and the speed tops out at 2.5 m/s.  Basic actions (jumping, stretching, waving) and OTA upgrades are supported.

• Remote controller: not included.

 

Go2 Air (with controller)

• Features: Same as the Air without controller (no 4G, voice or wireless positioning; payload ≈7 kg; speed 2.5 m/s), but includes a handheld remote controller to enable manual operation.

 

Go2 X (with controller)

• Features: This top‑tier variant aligns closely with the EDU configuration documented by the manufacturer.  It includes the high‑performance 8‑core CPU, a foot‑end force sensor for precise gait control, a wireless positioning module, 4G modem and voice recognition.  A larger 15 000 mAh battery comes as standard, boosting run‑time to roughly 2–4 hours, and the payload capacity remains ≈8 kg with speeds up to 3.7 m/s.  The remote controller is included and the model is compatible with a charging dock and optional NVIDIA Jetson Orin module for advanced autonomy and perception tasks.

• Tracking will be emailed when your parcel departs. Delivery windows are estimates and can shift due to customs, carrier capacity, or remote-area service.

 

Duties & Taxes

• Pre-pay at checkout where available for your region.

• If duties/taxes aren’t prepaid, they’re collected by customs or the carrier on delivery.

Due to the specificity and technical nature of our products, we do not accept returns for any items. This includes change-of-mind and compatibility reasons.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately(ideally within 48 hours) so we can evaluate and put it right.

When you contact us, include:

• Order number, photos/videos of the issue, and the shipping label.

• Keep original packaging and all accessories until we advise next steps.

Remedies: At our discretion we will repair, replace, or refund the item. If a return is required for inspection, we’ll provide a prepaid return label.

 

Refunds Before Delivery

If you request a refund before delivery, we’ll refund to your original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.

 

Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable

• Sale items, gift cards, and items clearly marked Final Sale.

• Any product returned without authorization.
