Due to the specificity and technical nature of our products, we do not accept returns for any items. This includes change-of-mind and compatibility reasons.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately(ideally within 48 hours) so we can evaluate and put it right.
When you contact us, include:

Order number, photos/videos of the issue, and the shipping label.

Keep original packaging and all accessories until we advise next steps.
Remedies: At our discretion we will repair, replace, or refund the item. If a return is required for inspection, we’ll provide a prepaid return label.
Refunds Before Delivery
If you request a refund before delivery, we’ll refund to your original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.
