Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately(ideally within 48 hours) so we can evaluate and put it right.

When you contact us, include:

• Order number, photos/videos of the issue, and the shipping label.

• Keep original packaging and all accessories until we advise next steps.

Remedies: At our discretion we will repair, replace, or refund the item. If a return is required for inspection, we’ll provide a prepaid return label.
